GHOSTING The top of the picture all the way acroos the tv is fuzzy. I called a repairman and they replaced a board they say was "leaking" oil. It did not correct the problem. Last month I had put on a 3D DVD and a few adjustments had to be made on the tv to view in 3D. How do I reset the TV back to factory presets? Te tv repairmen left a stated the dvd might have broken a computer chip in the TV.

First of all boards don't leak anything. The leakage was caused by one of the projection tubes leaking its coolant. If the faulty tube wasn't repalced then you will start all over again with the same issue and cause more damage to the TV. Not only that but the loss of coolant in the tube will cause the picture to be partially out of focus (the defectinve tube that is). DVD players don't break ANY chips inside of the TV. Sounds like a repairman who doesn't know what he'she is doing and needs to exit this type of work.
