Stearing issue Our stroller strongly veres to the left. The front wheels just don't work very well. When we try to go through small spaces and really need the wheels to be accurate, they aren't. How do we fix this issue?

Is the frame warped? the posts just above the front wheels need to be as straight and vertical as possible. maybe use a prybar and bend it into proper alignment. also use some WD-40 or light oil on the axles.

Our stroller shakes when pushing forward (very badly - would shake the baby out of the stroller if we had her in it), but if you pull the stroller back it appears to cease shaking. Is there something...

You don't mention what make / model you have. Try turning stroller upside down ( without baby in it *-) ) and spin each wheel to see if it runs freely. Try to rock the wheels from side to side to see if there is any play in the axel. On a flat smooth surface do all wheels touch the ground? If the front wheels swivel do they rotate freely without any side to side play? Some strollers have nuts you can adjust others just have Silver domes. Try tightening nuts till wheels get tight then back off just enough so they spin freely try taping domes on tighter using a large socket from a socket set and a hammer so the pressure is around the edge of the dome and not in the centre where it would dent. Silicon spray is the best lubricant for strollers.

Tips for Picking Paint Colors: If you don’t think you’re a very creative person...

    Tips for Picking Paint Colors:

If you don’t think you’re a very creative person but want to paint your house or even just a room, you might be feeling overwhelmed by the challenge of picking a color! Don’t panic – here are some top tips for helping you choose a great color scheme for your painting project.

1.Use the color wheel. Don’t be afraid to take a look at the color wheel – it’s not just for decorators to show off to their customers with. You can ask someone in a paint shop to explain to you how primary, secondary and tertiary colors work together (or sometimes against each other).

2.Try and decide what kind of ‘energy’ and brightness you want in the area you are painting. Is it a lounge that you want to be cosy? Or a bedroom that’s modern and bright? It really helps to visualize the end result.

3.Are you hoping to your space look bigger or a large room cozier? If so, you can use color to help you. Small spaces will benefit from pale, cool colors and larger areas can be made to feel more intimate with warm, darker colors.

4.Watch out for lighting issues. Natural daylight shows the color in its truest way whereas fluorescent lights cast more of a blue tone over the overall color. So make sure you pay attention to the lighting issues around the area you are painting.

5.If you want to play it safe you can always go for neutral colors. These are colors that don’t stand out but you can use furniture and decorations to really add the splashes of color while keeping the walls in more subtle neutrals.

Have fun! You can always paint really small areas to see how it looks on the wall. And try to be bold – you’ll probably be surprised with how good it looks.

I accidentally mixed up the left and right front wheels when assembling the stroller. How do I get them off to re-install them correctly?

Hi
Perhaps you can find one or two small pieces of plastic (underneath) you can push back in untill the bracket can slide over and from the tubing.
Hope this helps, for I don't actually have Britax in stock.

Stroller pulls to the left

It's a wheel alignment issue - I had the same issue & my husband fixed it. Try removing the front wheel & reattaching it. If that doesn't solve the problem, keep adjusting the front wheel slightly until the stroller no longer veers.

Stroller pulls to the right.

The following is from the instruction manual for the Expedition LX. It should be very similar to the Expedition LE.

"Stroller pulls to one side:1. The stroller is sensitive to the air pressure in the tires. If the rear tires do not have equal pressure, the stroller will feel like it is pulling to the side with the tire with the lower tire pressure. Check that the rear tires have the same pressure. Add air pressure to a maximum of 25 pounds using a bicycle style hand air pump.2. The alignment of the front wheel of the stroller can also cause the stroller to pull to one side. The stroller is designed so that the front wheel can be adjusted to correct for any alignment problem. Page 3 of the instructions
shows an expanded view of the front fork assembly. To align the front wheel, first loosen the wheel via the quick release handle as in step 2 of the instructions. Grab the front wheel directly in front of the stroller and push the wheel in the opposite direction of the pulling problem. You will notice that the axle will move within the slot on the fork. Move the wheel to the side a small amount. Retighten the quick release handle. Give the empty stroller a push across an empty smooth surface (let go of the handle) and note if the stroller now runs straight. Re-adjust the axle a small amount at a time until the stroller runs straight. Please note that a very minute
movement of the axle will affect the tracking of the stroller. Once you have aligned the front wheel, you can mark the holding plate position with a marking pen if you detach the front wheel on a regular basis. Please note that the hole in the fork is designed to allow the stroller to be adjusted to pull to the right, go straight, or pull to the left. If you continue to have difficulty with tracking, please call our customer service department at (800) 328-7363 for assistance."
