Model PRCS25TDAE has quit cooling or freezing in all 3 compartments.

optimum tempreture of freezer is 0 and frige side would be 37-38. on the inside of the frigerator on the ceiling area sometimes with the light there is a small damper control that opens and closes a small door in the rear of the frige this door opens and closes letting the cold air come in from the freezer the freezer is actually the only side that gets cold then a fan inside the freezer blows the cold air to the frigerator side when the frigerator reaches the tempreture you have set the door closes as it starts to get warm the door would open again first thing to also do is set you freezer to around 0 or even -1 by setting it to -5 your making that compressor work all the time if the setting on your tempreture dial went from 1-5 you would set it at 3 if it went from 1-9 you would set it at 5 if you have any questions or would like a schematic of your unit showing where the damper control and door is located message me back the make and model number of your machine also if you have any questions message me those back as well.
