How do i take apart the brake casings and replace them?

Usually the nut on the rear brake caliper is a 10mm. Loosen the nut and the caliper should spring open. Pull on the cable housing where it touches the caliper and it should pull out of the cable clamp that you loosened to start the process. Pull the cable housing off of the cable. Look at the cable and see if it is rusty. If it is then replace it. There is a good chance that the cable housing is rusty inside of it as well, it's a good idea to replace it too. Go to your favorite bike supply store and get a replacement cable and housing that is longer than the one you removed. When you get back to working on the bike , remove the cable from the housing, if it has an end on both ends of the cable cut the one off that you don't need. Once you have the cable removed from the housing pick up the cable housing, compare it to the original housing and cut the new one the same length as the original. Thread it back into the holders on the bike as the old one was. Now install the cable onto the bicycle. Let the new cable protrude out of the housing, thread it into the cable clamp that you loosened in the beginning, squeeze the caliper together and pull on the cable. Now that you are holding the cable tight with one hand take the 10mm wrench and tighten the clamp. Project finished.

Cable replacement on six-sheet crosscut shredder Executive Machine EPS-611X?

Fairly simple fix then; figure out what length of cable you need (or would like to have if you need something a little longer (like 1 or 2 feet more)) and run down you your local hardware outlet; a place like Lowes, Home Depot or Ace Hardware and pick up a 2 or 3 wire replacement. Make sure it is th same guage wire inside. This will involve opening the unit to install the new one. Take the head unit off, open it and see where the wires from the cable attach to. Make a drawing or take a picture of it before you take things apart and along the way so that reassembly with be easier. Disconnect the old broken cable, and connect the new one. If it is solder to a circuit board, or soldered to the switch, cut the wire back (the old one) so that you can splice the new cable to it. If it uses little connectors, you can disconnect it, and take them along when you go to get the new cable and see if they have similar connectors you can use on your new cable. Reassemble it, and test it. Should be a pretty simple fix. Let me know how it comes out. If you need any additional help, just post it here. -Coss-

My left headphone stopped working after a year or so. How can i fix this?

The copper wires inside the cable have broken. Since you don't know where the break occurred all you can do is to open the left headphone, remove the speaker, cut a piece of the cord and resolder it to the speaker. Test it, if it's fixed just put the headphone back together. If not, cut another piece. If you must cut more than a third of the cable to get it working then it's dead, just buy a new pair.

Machine keeps cutting out intermittenly

My Sebo Air Belt C2 Total. The automatic electric cable wire won't stay out when pulled, it just springs back. When I'm hoovering I have to wrap the wire around the small wheels so that it doesn't shoot back in the machine.

Battery wire were cut and need to reconnect

I would go to an electrical supply house and tell them what size wires that I wanted to connect. They sell a u-bolt that would work pretty well for splicing the big cable back together. You would have to tape it up with electrical tape.

Audio cut off Samsung 32

Try using different audio connections and see if you have the same trouble... try using RCA cables, optical, and HDMI... see if it happens in either scenario... I would bet dollars that you are using optical audio and the cable is crimped, etc.... you probably just need a new digital optical cable...
