I have a frigidaire wall oven (not sure what the model # is, but it looks like the the single electric GLEB2757A). I turned on self cleaning for 2 hours, and for some reason the door never unlocked, and the cooling air is still blowing. The door is a not a latch, it's automatic. It's been a week, I have decided to turn off the braker to the oven after it continued for 3 days. HELP???????????????
Kittyboy The first step I would recommend you to do is to turn the circuit breaker on, then set up the oven clock. Start the self clean for any amount of time, wait about 30 seconds and push the cancel button. Most of the time it helps to eliminate the problem. If it would not help, let me know and we will go further. In that case I will need the complete model number. If it is the free standing range, you can find it on the frame behind the bottom drawer. Hello friend, thank you for your post!
Based off the information you have provided the door on your Frigidaire wall oven is not unlocking. Performing a reset on your oven can trigger the door latch to unlock, in order to reset your oven you would need to disconnect power from it for roughly ten minutes. If this does not resolve your issue with your oven you can also hold down the clear or cancel button for 10 to 15 seconds.
Another step you can attempt is to perform a self-clean cycle and before the cycle starts cancel it and that can trick your oven into unlocking. If these troubleshooting steps do not help correct the problem it could be a faulty door latch or control panel. I hope this information has been helpful. -Matt

Error Code E90 typically means that you have a faulty motor door latch, lock motor assembly, door light switch or a defective EOC. You would need this to be diagnosed by a professional technician in order to properly repair the wall oven.

was baking in wall oven, meant to change to broil but pushed Clean instead..door automatically locked. Pressed cancel, nothing happened, set time ahead by 3 hrs, then more, still nothing..pulled circutbreaker...did this several times...no heat now, but has been nearly 5 hrs. and fan is still on and door locked..book said to use Timer Control Guide..I don't have one..called co. but everyone is closed. Help
Set oven to clean for three hours and 15 hours later I finally turned off power at breaker because the fan would not stop. When I turn the oven back on it will heat up but the fan won't stop and the door won't unlock. I manually removed the door, whcih came off easily, could not see anything to reset, push, unscrew, open... I am at a loss and can not get repairer out here for two weeks! Help.
I have what I think is the same oven, wall mounted with the door opening from the side, not the top. Set the oven to self-clean for 3 hours and 18 hours later the fan was still going and the door still latched closed such that I can't open it. That was a week ago; we've tired assorted mixes of circuit breakers, cancel buttons, etc, and nothing seems to work!
tried clear, turned off power, turned off breaker, unplugged. Nothing works so oven no longer available.
i was cooking . i turned oven off and it all of the sudden locked
Oven door will not close because its locked and lock light will not stop blinking (self-clean models)
It turns on but it does not heat up. Originally,, when installed it took four hours to reach a regular 320-420 degrees aprox. Now it stopped heating all together.
