Motorola v325 doesnt turn all the way on, "m" logo stays on

the v325 phones are cdma, which means they dont have a sim card.

000000 is the default code for the master reset and clear.

The sim card maybe defective.
Remove your sim card and reinstall.
If you still have the problem, contact your service provider.

There is a cover on the back of that that slides down i do believe. And pull the battery out.

I'm not sure what the problem is with your phone, but this happened to me with another Motorola phone and it turned out to be a battery problem. You can try another charger, which might work for some time before you get the same result, but I believe you will need to replace the battery. You can try calling Motorola and checking to see if they will give you a discount on another battery. I've had several Motorola phones give me this same message and most of the time it was only infrequently and resetting the phone and reinserting the charger worked, but if it persists, try the battery.
