I had this problem and followed the advice from Gallagher to no avail.

I sorted it as follows andd bear to mind I have never seen inside a dishwasher. I found the float valve and removed the connection to open circuit the switch, still the same, I then did the same to the sensor in the water container still the same. I concluded that the only thing left was the control module in the door.
I got the pcb on line for 22-00 and fitted it. job sorted

It says the changing of the module requires an expert, dont know why its a piece of cake.

SOURCE: Beko Freestanding Dishwasher

Hi there ....this condition is ususally caused by a water leak into the sump of the dishwasher which activates a safety switch to run the drain pump..preventing the appliance from being used....Remedy...tip the dishwasher back in the head allowing excess water to exit from the sump...then with the door open check that the air vent lock ring is secure, thet the salt unit retaining ring is secure..and finally that the filter unit to base screws are secure...this done re-start and you should b fine

SOURCE: Can't start the dishwasher, lock button is lit up.

Hello Albert, On the Jenn-Air dishwasher you have, you have to hold down the "Heated Dry" button for 3-5 seconds to unlock the control panel.

This should unlock the controls so you can again use the dishwasher normally.

Since you''re likely going to have this dishwasher for some time, I've included a link where you can download a free owner's manual for it.

I would print out a copy for your future use and reference. I also have a file on my computer that I title "Home Appliances and Equipment" which is where I download and save an electronic copy so I always have a backup copy saved, since manuals aren't always readily available on the web, as the appliances get older.

http://www.jennair.com/assets/product/6_920374_A.PDF

The info on locking and unlocking the dishwasher can be found on page 13 of the manual.

I hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!

Light panel fully lit stopping program selection and start does a electronic part need replacing

I would suspect the user interface panel.

Most dishwashers can be tested thusly:

Turn off power to the dishwasher at the circuit breaker box. Take apart the Dishwasher door and unhook the cable from the User Interface panel to the main control board. Then, turn the power back on and close the dishwasher door so it latches. The drain pump should go on. If it doesn't the main board is bad. If it does, it's the user interface panel.

Washing machine wont begin a programme

Hi sam this might help if your beko wma10w washing machine wont drain or has a spin problem then you have to check the carbon brushes first.

Also check all waste pipes are clear and inspect the pump I have included this video below.

At our website I am doing self diagnostic videos on these beko's as we speak so all tutorials will be in this link below
How to replace Beko Washing Machine Motor Carbon Brushes
you might find this test video helpful but only do it if you have checked the motor

Bosch dishwasher model SHX46A why does the on/off switch and lights stay on while the dw stopped running?

The dw was not quite running. It does pause between cycles. The power scrub cycle means that you had the machine on the longest of all cycle choices. There's almost always a light and a normal cycle. The pots and pans cycle is a power scrub option. Yes all the lights would be on until they switched to a different part of the cycle. Do you have a DRYING light? That would be the one to look for as far as the dw being finished. :)

Water wont heat up

If your DW has an "energy saver" or "no-heat" button for wash or rinse, make sure it is not selected.  If that is not the case then the heating element is probably burned out and needs to be replaced.

Beko dwd5410w Dishwasher E02 Error Hello, this is day two of trying to fix the dishwasher, so any help or advice would be gratefully received! The washing machine fills up with water at the bottom, then the E02 error comes on. After a short period of time, the machine then drains. The water isn't pumping around the machine or getting hot. So far I have tried: - Checking the drainage pump, was all clear. - Checking the water inlet pipe - it is high pressure I have a wet kitchen now - oops! and the filter going in is clear - Checking the drainage pipe - all clear and it is draining - Checking the bigger pipes going into the sump - all clear - Checking a smaller purple pipe going from the side of the washing machine to the sump - this was filled with fat. I used a chopstick to clear the fat as far as I could see as I don't think water could get through, but not sure where this pipe then goes or how to access it in case this is the problem. - Cleaning the fan arms - some gunk did come out here - Cleaning the normal filter though not where this drains, could only see a tiny hole and wasn't sure what to poke in it or if we needed to. Would be really grateful for any advice and tips on what to try next. It seems to be a problem either with heating the water or it is pumping around. I think E02 is normally a draining issue? But it seems to be draining okay... but not getting water into woosh around the machine.
