clean the coil behind the fridge or under the fridge (where ever they are) and make sure both fans are running, the one in the freezer and the one underneath. If that don't work you may be low on freon
Feel inside the ice slots are there any old cubes that have evaporated in time? Take the ice maker out and clean it up and place it back inside to see if it will fill with fresh water. Take a hair dryer and melt the old ice inside the slots and see if it will try to fill. I will wait for a response from you. KSCS25INWH00 Kitchenaid Parts
there is only 2 things that would cause this. either the icemaker is bad and not calling for water or the fill valve that allows the water to come into the icemaker is bad. how old is the fridge ? also check the ice maker and make sure it has not accidently been cut off inside. if this is the old type theres a bar that raises and lowers. make sure the bar is down. in the up position this would turn your icemaker off
HI thanks for the question On the ice maker you should have an metal arm thatlifts up &down Down means you want ice Up means the ice bucket is full if that arm is not there that will cause the problem if the arm is there make sure it moves up & down ok if it does Then you need a new ice maker or save money & when the bucket gets full turn off water at back of fridge to stop water from coming in thanksfor the question THe appliance doc
