Backligh does anyone know how to turn on the backlight for this product. I just bought mine off of ebay and I do not know how to leave the backlight on. Any information would be greatful. :)

Here is the link to the user manual; http://images.sharperimage.com/all/en/manuals/products/GT113.PDF They do not mention any backlight feature in the manual - looking at other similar models, they describe the procedure in the manual - you just have to press the snooze button to turn it on or off. might be worth a try. reading reviews of the clock there is supposed to be a blue backlight feature - try pressing display when in radio or cd mode and you should get a menu of display options - i imagine one of these will allow you to select backlight on/off If none of the above works then try contacting them directly (numbers are in the manual) check this link if you want more info as they are recently bought out) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sharper_Image Hope this helps :)

Question edited for clarity.

The only thing you can check is the battery voltage and that it is fully charged. For anything else you will need a Panasonic Service Centre.

Anyone know whether the central timer module on 2003 base dodge dakota has to be programmed by a dealer when its replaced with a used one with matching numbers

I replaced mine (03 base model Dakota) with one I bought on eBay, and it required no programming. Worked fine as soon as I installed it.

Tefal iron gv5140

Hmm. Mine has stopped steaming too. Any responses anyone? It heats up and works as a non-steam iron, no problems, but makes no steam noises and does not produce steam.

I had bought it off eBay - a retruned or ex-display product, with no guarantee - at the end of April. Tefal said it would not be cost effective to fix it through them. Does anyone have an idea if there's a component I could try replacing and where would I get it. Alternatively, do you know someone in Sheffield who could try to fix it? Or should I accept my eBay gamble didn't pay off and pay for a new one? It's annoying afer only 5 months - I don't iron very often either!
