Prise up the keyboard using a blunt knife, there is a metal plate below the keyboard held by clips, the keyboard will pop out giving access to the memory slot below, the keyboard can then be pressed back in place to re-locate the plate on the clips! I used a a knife from a dinner set that has a round blunt tip!
I have the same problem with the Ins key. Problem is I am out of warrantee and can't trace a service manual. Any advice?
