The Cobra radio's are pretty much the same for each type. A schematic for the 25 series, 29 series, and others are very similar. The PCB's are generally the same. The only differences are usually the additional features, maybe an extra button or control, etc. The schematics for the most part are the same with the various features added.
The only way that I know this is I have repaired many of the Cobra 29 series, and a few of the 25's and noted the similarities. Many of the boards were manufactured by Uniden and others. There is about a 10 digit part number on the circuit board that you can google. You can usually find the schematic from that alone.
The docs, including the service manual, for the Dell Vostro 238 are at this web page. If you're looking for an actual circuit board schematic, you're probably out of luck. If you need the board layout for jumpers and so forth, the service manual page 28 is for you.
