Hard to say for sure. How cold was the raw chicken when you first put out? How warm was the room it was left in? But there are two REAL questions you need to ask yourself....
- If I have to ask if the chicken is safe....what does that tell me?
- Which is more important...some chicken or my health (and that of others who may partake?
You may cook it up and no harm done. But what if it did start to go bad and you don't quite cook it thoroughly enough? And even though you froze it, salmonella or e-coli can survive in the freezer...they just go dormant until warmed back up.
Only you can decide what to do...but I'll pass on an invite to supper!
