Question about Jensen VM9510 Car DVD Player
I hooked up my in dash and i get my subs to turn on but my speakers in my doors have no sound what do i need to do ? everythings connected perfect and ive messed with the settings too .
Many vehicles have factory amplifiers that must be activated or bypassed when installing a replacement head unit. If the factory amplifier isn't integrated or bypassed, you won't hear sound from the factory speaker locations. Another possibility is that you have a shorted or pinched speaker wire or terminal. A short at any speaker will shut down the head unit's internal amp, killing the sound to all the speakers. The RCA outputs wouldn't be affected, so the subwoofer keeps playing.
