Hello there,

To make recordings on your phone is quite simple. All you need to do is to go to the phones menu, select multimedia, then in the multimedia list you will see recording, then you select it, you can either make video recording or audio recording.

When you are ready just select the record button.

Shortcut to recording a vidoe, just open the camera from the menu, then you select option and select video recording, it will bring out the record option and from there you can record the video you are willing to make.

Sounds like the tape misfed during the recording and wrapped itself around the fly head and recordinghead. This happens sometimes when the internal workings of the recorder get dirty. The hard part is getting the tape out without damaging the unit. Your going to have to bring the recorder to a repair shop or crack it open yourself and from the opposite side try unwind the tape.

Do the following: Open Quicktime Player. Under the File menu, choose New Movie Recording. The light on your camera should come on. Click the center button and say a few words, then click it again. You should be able to replay this video immediately. If you can do this, you do not have a hardware problem. If you need to, you can save the recording you made this way and enclose it in a mail message or any other medium. If your other facilities still don't work, it is those facilities that are having a problem accessing your (working) camera.

are you recording in the .3gp mode or .mp4? some phones hav these options as low/high quality...try recording in .3gp..this should work..

I was unable to change the file format in which the camera on my phone records, but... unfortunately, I formated my media card, and it works fine now, yes, I erased everything I had on there, but.. I have since reloaded everything I had backed up on my p.c. and commenced recording video's and it works!!!

MY CAM NOT WORK!!!!

my advise is that you need to take that set to qualified techn for repairs.
