E:62:10
Hi, This is a very well known problem that happens a lot and still today with Sony camera's and camcorders. Error messages can be found at https://www.sony.com.au/electronics/support/articles/00008857. E:62:10 is a generic error of the stabilizer. Thousands of users on the Internet have the same problem, read the website http://sony-e-62-10.atspace.cc/ or search E:62:10 on the Internet or on YouTube.

SOURCE: I have a Sony
E:61:10 is a lens error. Unfortunately, this needs to be repaired by an experienced technician. The only thing that you can try to do yourself is try bumping the camcorder with the palm of your hand near the lens. Try it on the top, sides, and bottom of lens. Sometimes this will work temporarily. If the camcorder was hit or jostled very hard, something in the lens may have moved. The other possibility is that the lens is not making good connection to the main pcb. If the bumping works, I would think it is a connection issue.
Hope this helps.
