The probe is located on under the main board low inside the only silver metallic box on the bottom w circuit board under it.Remove cover and immediatly you see a 4 inch black wire connected to the main board tucked under and mounted.Unplug the white connector from board, power on, then carefully plug the white connector back on, turn unit off and back on, you should see all 3 mode lights now on steady , no pf error and it doesnt turn off,and you can change modes and temps.Took an hour to take it part and dig around, mine works fookin great now.

I had similar problem .... on very humid days unit leaks ..... temp solution for me was to drain the unit .... inserted wire coat hanger into tube .... lots of watery gook came out.. - even tilted/tipped the unit inorder to get as much water out of it.......afterwards unit worked fine.

We are VERY SASTIFIED with the Delonghi Pinguino - bought it years ago when it first came out and it has provided years of troublefree service .... the water build up / leaking was only recently - in fact we never drained the thing until this year.

Delonghi air conditioner it has a triangle with an exclamation point inside. What does this mean?

There is a knob on the back and bottom of the air conditioner. Twist off the knob and unplug the little black plug and empty the water into a container. I had the same problem and this worked for me.

Unit will not start, it is just displaying two lines and the remote doesn't seem to be sending to it.

Please remove power and reset it. Now try to start. If still same problem, you have to check your PCB.
