NAD C320 WONT SWITCH OFF STAND-BY
SOURCE: Amp wont switch off of stand-by
Both units have a problem with the output section. In case 1, the outputs are likely to be shorted. In case 2, the outputs are open. The low level and distortion come from you driving the speakers with the driver section of the amp. Both units will need to see a service provider.

The voltages are wrong. You should see (0.0, +/-0.6, and B+/B-) on the 3 pins. The driver section has a problem. Check the driver stage for shorted transistors or open resistors.

Hi..
You will need to find a tech in your area. Check the web
SOURCE: How to connect an MP3 Player to NAD C320?
You will need a cable with headphone jack (for mp3) and RCA left/right to connect to your NAD 320. You can connect to CD or AUX in the back and then you will need to change the input with remote or with on board buttons to CD or AUX depending where you plugged it.
