My maytag neptune MAH8700AWW shows an error code OE and the door is locked, how do I fix it?

my maytag mag8700 (4 yrs old) has begun to shake so bad itt walks 4" to the wall. it did not do this before. i regularly get SUDS code. i did run afresh through 3x's. 2 weeks later i have SUDS code again HEPL!
