Check virus protection and update nice card drivers.
Also wireless settings or wired settings. If wired change cables.
Also uninstall and reinstall network device.

Wi if is the slowest form of connection and is shared with other devices. If you want good bandwidth you need to connect via ethernet cable directly to the router.
Examlpe... wi if 4 meg shared, Ethernet 100 meg..

Try and replace the ethernet card or try and start it up without the ethernet card present. If it works you know its sucessful then the Card is faulty

The slots marked PCI1, PCI2, and PC3 are your available PCI slots in which you can insert the new card. BE SURE TO GROUND YOURSELF before touching the inside of your computer.
