On screen appears: Composite 1 No signal I can´t change anything even with the remote control and also the volume is loud. Only i can just turn on and turn off it.
Please be advised, the main board part number varies depending on the first three digits of your tv's serial number. The part number given by the Cincinnati repair shop Guest user, e22556, is only for those tv's whose serial number starts with "BHJ". I found out that MY tv needs main board part # e22459 because my serial starts with "BJD". The cost is the same, $134.39 + $10 shipping.
Also FYI, the first phone number given appears to connect you directly to one specific sales rep (I got his voicemail) but in his recording he advises to call a special number for parts ordering: 909-392-5583. I just told the lady who answered that I was calling on behalf of my repair center, who asked me to get the part. (I did not order it, I was simply gathering pricing info as for a possible class-action lawsuit)

Hi, We are a tv shop in cin ohio. A client of ours had same problem with his set. The part number they gave us for ILO-26HD is e22556. It is board and must be replaced and is reasonably priced. Call this number 909-392-5583 x130 they were really helpful.

I am afraid you've run into a common problem with the Ilo. Just one question, can you change channel setting or volume setting with the buttons on the side of the set?? If you can, the trouble is in the remote control and I don't know where you can get one that will work with it. If you cant change chan. or vol with either the set buttons or the remote.... i'm afraid the set is useful only as a canoe anchor. Try for an exchange in some way. sorry, tis the painful truth a bunch of us have run into.

Try unplugging the set for about two minutes then trying operations again. This is the first step in any odd issues such as this.

I have the same problem with my TV ILO 26HD (stuck in one channel, can only turn the power on/off). I just contacted that same phone number (ext.100), and I'm about to order that part (e22556). I just want to make sure if that will really fix the problem? and, Is it something I can replace myself? or do I need to take it to a shop?
Thanks for your help,
by the way, teh part costs $134.39 plus $10.00 for shipping.
same thing with my tv. Cannot change anything via remote except power on/off. Looking for the ILO remote code. Any body have a suggestion?
Hi, I have the same problem. My remote does not work. It will only turn set off and on. I have contacted Walmart and got a universal remote but it did not work. Please tell how to contact the company to see about getting a new remote? Thanks, [email protected]
Had this type of tv for about 6months.had cablevision and swtch over to att service. When u-verse was install the input/compomnet stop working. i even try to take off the u-verse service and try cable again the input still doesnt chance. The remote control doent work on the tv anymore.
Can the unit be used without a remote
I can only turn my Ilo TV on/off with the remote and nothing and am wondering if there is any way to fix the problem?
tv ilo stuck with one channel even remote control only powercomes on and off
I can't get the remote or the TV buttons to do anything. It is stuck in a loud tone and I cannot get it to turn the volume down.
my ilo flat panel would not change channels manually or with the remote control. bought it from walmart in miami gardens.i can't find the manual to it.
Ilo 26 HD, we can only turn it on and off (both from the remote and the keypad on the tv). We cannot access the volume, the tv menu or any other functions. It's about 2 years old. We bought it at Walmart in Roseville, CA.
Volume load, no buttons work, turns on and off intermittantly
QUESTION FOR GUEST REGARDING PART # 322556: The number you give 909-392-5583 x130 is an Ilo number...will they even sell a part to a consumer? Or do we need to pretend we're a repair shop when we call? A shady tactic, I admit, but it's only fair after Ilo PRETENDED to design a product that would last !!
