2001 Honda Cb 400 Super Four proper break in procedure

Honda CB400 break in question I carried a pillion passenger (weight 80kg) every day after 250kms from a brand new CB400, technicians said that's fine. I have now done 500kms with no problem at all. Just a bit concerned about it. But I also don't think that would affect its future performance a lot with such a well-known bike. Any one with the same experience or any suggestions, please. Appreciate it!

Best I can offer is the site below. There are two CB400 manuals not noted with year or language. Go to this site and you can download a free PDF service manual.
www.carlsalter.com/motorcycle-manuals.asp Most of the manuals are in English but some are not. There is no way to be sure without doing the download. You can always delete it if in a foreign language or if the year is more than 2 years off. If two years or less difference, most all of the service work is the same.

A "very helpful" rating on this amswer? Thanks!

Your carb may be adjusted a little lean. Try adjusting the needle, keeping track of the changes you make, and blipping the throttle full to check the result.
