I have a Pro Form 995i treadmill that I just bought recently and when I hit the iFit button it says “Not connected please check users manual”. Is there any way I can reset it?

iFit is a subscription service, you have not connected to WiFi, haven't subscribed, haven't paid, so you don't get the service. You can't 'reset it'.

IFIT DISCLAIMER: iFit requires an internet connection and Wi-Fi to function. You will be required to provide your credit card information upon sign-up for iFit. Your Commitment Period may be month-to-month or twelve (12), eighteen (18), or thirty-six (36) months, depending on your agreement. Terms shall apply to your iFit use and subscription during your Commitment Period and any subsequent Renewal Term. Unless you cancel your account or notify us at least twenty four (24) hours prior to the expiration of your commitment period that you do not wish to renew your subscription, your iFit subscription will automatically renew for an additional month, one (1) year, or two (2) year period, as applicable, for the same duration as your initial commitment period ("The Renewal Term"), and you authorize us to bill the then-applicable membership fee and any taxes to the payment method we have on record for you.

I purchased the preform 1110e ellipitical it has the monitor for ifit my wifi will not pick up the connetion to the ifit on my ellipitical why

here are some requirements for your machine to connect to WIFI. If you are having connection issues, please read through these requirements, and tips to troubleshoot and resolve your issue. If you are unsure of any of these settings, please refer to your ISP(Internet Service Provider), or router manufacture for support.
  1. Broadcasting in 802.11 G/N
  2. Broadcasting Publicly
  3. DHCP Enabled
  4. Mac Adress Filtering Disabled
In most cases, the main cause for your machine not to connect is an incorrect WIFI password. If you have not changed your password, it is usually located on the bottom of your router.

This console is very easy to set up and use. If you have a router that has the WPS feature, just press the button on the front of the router then in the information mode of your equipment choose the WiFi WPS setup.
Set your machine to display the Information Screen. On a treadmill press and hold the STOP button as you place the magnetic key. On a bike or elliptical check in your owners guide but you ususally press and hold the "hamburger" or calorie button.

Use the arrow keys to select WiFi normal then press ENTER.

This screen reminds you of the WiFi setup card that came with your equipment. It will be needed to enter a password for your router.

Very very slow youtube download - making for a verybad or non-existent viewing experience. What can I do?

In the support documentation for iFit Live (in particular for the wireless module), the manufacturer highlights a known issue with the installation not completing upon using the device for the first time. The module needs to be formatted using your PC and the software should be reinstalled. Close the iFit software if it's running and attach the wireless module using the provided USB cable. Open "My Computer" and look for the "iFit" to be listed with an assigned drive letter. Right-click the icon and choose "Format..." Click "FAT" (not "FAT32") and uncheck "Quick Format." Click "Okay." When the process completes, disconnect the module then uninstall the iFit software. Install the newest version from the company's website, then reconnect the module with the USB cable and run setup again.

Nordic track X9i wifi will not reboot just keeps looping ifit screen

Wow, lots of scary posts. If I had read this before, I would never have bought it. :)

Anyways, there is a solution. I dont think this post was ever resolved, so I ran across this site that offered a few steps that allowed me to fix the reboot issue and a few nice folks who would reply to any questions.

This sounds like a common problem with ifit on treadmills. I came across this site a few weeks back and it helped! There's a few folks there that could offer suggestions too. best of luck!

Ifit console will not load keeps running in a loop?

try to RUN the software calibration, see your instr. manual how to enter and proceed for easy diagnose, troubleshooting, and fix it.
