call costumber care from another aircel and give your sim number they will give you a puk code

call the sim provider (usually a gsm operator and ask your PUK number which will help resetting the SIM number - once you have a PUK number, enter SIM PIN wrong - after 3rd wrong entry, your phone should ask for PUK#, enter that and it should reset your SIM PIM - choose a new one or disable it so your phone never asks again
