Everytime i try to send a game to my LG KP 500 (Cookie) from my pc, using the LG PC Suite they supplied. I get an error message on the phone saying "Cannot Execute. Conflict with (Keylockmenu) or (All Calls). On the pc i get an error message, "Fail to connect to the mobile handset, please check the COM port and connect in idle screen. Due to multifunction, despite idle screen, it can be failed to connect."

I just turned mine off and back on again and it started working like it should. You probably tried this already though, maybe I am just lucky

I had a similar problem with my sister's cookie (i was the one downloading all the stuff for her) and it was workin fine when i did the first couple of games but then the problem started. Fortunately it's working great now, here's what happed:
I was trying different games, disconnecting and reconnecting, reinstalling the software from the cd- nothing worked. Well then i tried downloading some wallpapers in a different folder/icon-that-you-select deal (i forget what it's called) from the installation cd menu that pops up in black and red and it worked when i went back to dnlding games! basically try dwnlding stuff other than 'what's giving you the error. For me i'd been trying the games into the Java Software thingi/icon, so then i tried getting the wall papers into the oh! the NOTES i believe it's called...anyway just try a totally different download into a different folder from the menu on the installation cd and hopefully it'll work for you!
