BAR CODE SCANNER 2012. (made 2011 new)
old post but are you connect to a PC? or RTM read the manual yet?
    yes and windows ?
via ethernet PC >>> MC9190, direct

at command prompt type, IPCONFIG -all
    see mac now.

or if connected to your router , run IP scanner, google that get that app and run it.
I use angry IP scanner and more. APP
it tells you MAC on all found devices, connected to the routers or endless switches.

there are 4 types of software used in the manual, none told by you, FUSION?
    windows CE??????
    https://www.manualslib.com/manual/591853...

    RTM yet?
its all there. read the manual. or tell where lost there. is best. (by topic and lots there are)

USING BLUE-TOOTH? or wifi voice ,?
    using MODEM dongle.
tell first where you get lost on the manual.
if connected to wifi now, IP scans will find it and tell you the MAC for wifi on that device.

next time tell what is being connected, from point A to B, using what network
blue-tooth is not MAC , MAC is part of TCP-IP and blue tooth is not wifi and BT has its own addressing schemes
    only for it.
    called BD_ADDR
    not MAC
but some PCs have wifi/BT in one card and one mac, and is legit, but only they know this...

so what are you doing, or where to you get lost using this complex device.
and 4 classes of APP software.
some even can do BT scanner to BT scanner #2 connections, yes complex and not told by you, what's up doc.
    what is the goal
    why need a MAC
what is to be connected,? not told.
the MAC is in the wifi chip for voice feature./ hard coded there, by laws, for mAC.
mac breaks down to MFG + device type + serial number
see? (it is like the serial VIN number in your car, unique to your car only)

DHCP server/service finds it and assigns and IP address to your MAC, to communictate to it.
The router does that magic, all my routers every one ever seen I can go into the router
and see all things on the net connected or now, (means IP assigned)
    so do that?
some things like a camera IP have 2 MACs and 2 IP, one for wifi and one for the ethernet port.

this answers 2021 poster that does not know there are 4 answers, 4 apps are provided new.
    each work different.
1 ,2, 3, 4, what you have is anyones guess, and why not ask the maker for help> ?

    Adaptation Kit Update (AKU) version

    OEM version

    BTExplorer version

    Fusion version

USE the app to tell you IP and MAC
or use your router to tell you
or run and IP scanner on the PC connected to the sublan, and see all things connected and MAC too.

From the main screen, select the Wireless card >> Fusion Settings >> Wireless Status >> IP4 status.

This then shows you your mac address.
