what is the Motherboard Model Number?

here is a general look at the drivers and how to update them
if your computer came with a motherboard disc the drivers could be on it
click start control panel administrive tools ,computer management ,device manager look through all of your devices if you see a yellow question mark?or exclamation mark ! or red x
right click to reinstall drivers or
if you can see your usb but its not working
ports(com&lpt)right click update driver

the card should work, however you wont get nearly the capibility of the card with that motherboard (as the card uses PCI 2.0 and the mobo only supports 1.0 speeds). So long story short, it will work, but the graphics card is a little overkill.

Without knowing which version of windows you are using I can't say..
But if you go here and use the selection tool you shouldn't have any trouble:

Steps to find the drivers:
Go to that site
Enter D915GAG into the search box and click search downloads
Make the following selections:
Product Family: Desktop boards
Select a product line: 915 Express Chipset ....
Select a product name: Intel Desktop board D915GAG
Then choose your OS and your good!

no it cannot take in a core2quad processor it has only the following compatibility
