Okay in some case windows 7 does not pick up the network drivers so you will need to download and install the network drivers for your laptop from another computer and then copy those files to a pen drive and then connect it to your laptop and install it, however I do see that your laptop driver support page does not support other OS other than windows XP32. Please refer the link below and download both the drivers and install it, that is the driver for windows XP it should probably get installed and work for windows 7.

I assume you mean the volume bar.....if so its the wrong driver for Win 7

You most likely have a driver conflict if you get the "Blue Screen of Death". The screen has information on it to point to the problem area. If you are not a Tech you need someone to decipher the information and recommend a fix. Try booting into Safe-Mode by pressing the F5 key during the boot process. If Windows loads sucessfuly you can go to the Control Panel-System-Hardware-Device Manager and see what device or devices have an issue and load a new driver or updated driver from the device manufacturer. Good Luck! If all else fails and you just loaded Windows 7 you may need to format the drive and start over making certain you have all the latest drivers compatable with Windows 7 for your device's. It is best to go on the Web and collect the drivers in advance of loading 7.

Re-install Windows, at the start ofthe installation, delete the partition, the create a new partition, the do a full NTFS format.

try the following
update your video graphic drivers,
try with another ram,
if still you have problem try to repair or reinstall the os

I went to the Intel site and downloaded the Intel® PRO/100 VE Network Connection driver here. It worked great. Now if I could find the right audio/multimedia drivers I'd be happy. Hope this helps.
