Hi Kim, Contact your provider and ask them to send you there WAP and MMS settings, usually when you recieve theese you switch off your phone, power it back up and YOU need to send a picture to activate the MMS settings with your provider. Good Luck!

Sometimes if you are out of memory on your phone multimedia texts don't come through.
Also, you should call the carrier and make sure they have receiving enabled. Mine got disabled without my knowing and I called to check and they switched it back on.

The MMS service need to be set first.
The settings of MMS messages are provided by your SERVICE PROVIDER
Call your SERVICE PROVIDER,ask them send you the MMS settings of your mobile
After you receive them (they will be sent to your mobile as a text message) save them an run.
Then turn your mobile off for 3 minutes, then turn on.
Now the MMS service in your mobile is active.
