Question about Finis Swi MP3 Player
I just started using my Swimp3 player with an imac and very successfully transferred a book from i-tunes that was on my computer. I deleted the book from the Swimp3 and transferred some music from i-tunes (so i thought). There is no music on the Swimp3, but the audio book I thought had been removed is still there and another book that I did not transfer. However, when I plug the Swimp3 into the USB port, it shows me that there are numerous songs and no books. Play it and there are books! Please help! Thanks

I had the same problem and it took me while to figure it out, but I did. Thanks to a website telling me how to re-format the whole thing. I went to "my computer" and right clicked on "removeable device" and clicked on format. It should read "fat" not "fat32" then I clicked "start" and then when I loaded stuff on it worked. Good luck!
