TOSHIBA E-STUDIO 45

HI
HERE IS PROBLEM WITH MY E-STUDIO 45 AFTER BOOT UP THEN #66100 CAME UP. MESSAGE CALL SERVICE SHOWN.

PLEASE HELP ???

    every time we try to make a copy it Jams we remove the paper and it happens again, then the message "Call for Service" shows up

Press "clear/stop" and "8". While holding this combination of keys down, an error code will be displayed....what code are you getting?

to clear call for service in e studio 45 press O& 8 turn on , enter 400 & press start , you can see any numbers make it 0 then press set r ok in the screen & restart the machine comes up ready

yes it detects that the level of toner is too low, it will keep printing up to a point and then shut down.

press the C key and the 8 key at the same time
an alpha numeric code will appear eg: C47 etc
Post the error code and I'll tell you what it means
