So, Modus Furniture should be contacted.

If the crib cannot be repaired, perhaps some creative and handy person can re-purpose the crib into a kitschy settee. :) Or, if you purchased the crib recently from a resale shop or at a yard sale or online, contact the seller and ask for a refund, since the crib was recalled from use and sale years ago. Personal opinion: It should not have been sold.

If you have the model # the company may sell a parts kit.
call the number in your book or on the crib. Or go on there web site! Also if you have the instruction book, it tells you what screws and parts are included. Take the list to the hardware store to purchase them.

Most hardware stores will have the bolts you need. Take in the headboard and ask for help
getting a set of bolts that fit. Lowes and most others will have them too. One thing you may want to do
is call Cosco and gove them the model number and date of manufacture and ask if they can email
a set of instructions to assemble the bed. This way you make sure it is safely put together.

Thank you to the Grandma J who pointed out the Jenny Lind is a style, not a company! I have two different Jenny Lind cribs and I found the phone numbers for parts right on the crib, on the mattress support for both cribs, with each company. Just remove the mattress and your information should be there!!!

if still needed, ask the crib manual search engine, they will get it within hours. I just got my JC Penney manual there.
