Question about Kenmore Oasis HE 27062 Top Load Washer
We've only been using the Oasis HE for a week. Unfourtnately my daughter was sick in her bed, so I threw all the sheets in the wash. It didn't even come CLOSE to cleaning them. It took 3 cycles and there was residual junk in the wash bin. I thought there was a filter? I used the heavy duty cycle, it didn't even touch the "affected" area of her sheets. Just gross. Any suggestions? I broke it up into more than one load to be sure not to overload. I was very happy with it until now.
To be honest with u the oasis has a problem sometimes washing large items since there is no agitator it kind of just sits there and rotates but never throws the clothes around if u call a tech out they will probably tell you the same thing i would return it and get one with an agitator.
