Check out the USB controller in My computer/Control panel/system/Device manager
Is there a yellow mark against external memory?
Remove the camera software and then let Windows try to find the camera.

It may be time to buy a card reader for your computer. You can get one at a department or electronics store for not much more than a cup of coffee.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).
English Response
First, connect the proper USB cable from your PSP to the computer. On the PSP, go to the furthest left menu, and select "USB Mode".
On the computer, you will be able to access the PSP's memory. Create a window named "PHOTO" and transfer all of your photos into that folder. Now all your photos are transferred.
Connect the camera to your computer to transfer the photos onto your computer's hard drive. Then you should insert a memory card into the camera. With a memory card you should be able to and clear the internal memory and take more pictures.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.
It sound like you have a problem with your memory card.
But I would try buying a card reader as well. Whether it turns out to be the card or not.
there are alot things that can go wrong when trying to use your camera to transfer the images instead of a card reader. a card reader shouldn't cost you more than 20 dollars.
It will also make transferring your images faster.
in the camera when you hit the review button do the images show up on the lcd screen of the camera?
