Try cold start.

Power off main set manually by press power button on main set.
Unplug power cord from main set.
Wait for about 5 sec.

[Without plug in power cord] Press and hold "Power" button without release it.

Plug in power cord (must have power) to main set by using another hand [while another hand still press on main set power button]

Keep holding until u see ------ on main set FL display.
Then release you hand which just now pressed on main set.

Power on main set again by manual press power button on main set.

Result should be OK (unlocked)

This just happened to me - the problem was a dvd slipped out of place in the turntable. I removed the top cover (4 screws on sides, 3 in the back), removed the disc and replaced the cover. Everything worked normally afterward.

Would like to have a owner user manualand a product manualfor a panasonic universal remote control EUR7662YWO

You are likely to find the instructions for the EUR7662YWO remote in the manual for the home theater system. The main unit is the SA-PT750. The entire home theater system is SC-PT750, see the support page: http://shop.panasonic.com/support-only/SC-PT750.html . The direct link to the manual is ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/hometheater/om/sc-pt750_en_om.pdf . The code list for the remote is on page 10. Page 15 has more on using the remote control.

I hope this helps.

The video 1 and video 2 display flashing simultaneously back and forth...cant play dvd cause it continually switches back and forth

Try a different resolution setting.
You can also try playing the dvd into another device to confirm dvd works fine.
Check output\mode of device as well.
I assume, you inserted another dvd and it worked fine, then you inserted the "questioned" dvd is it flashes back and forth.
Try another video mode or setting change on device.

I still have the same problem ct mode will not go away on my sc-pt750

You're under the impression that we see an historical thread that connects this request with a previous one. We don't. Start over. Tell us what is wrong and what you've done already.

This previous Fixya post addresses something similar.

http://www.fixya.com/support/t1342919-sc_pt750_screen_says_ct_mode_wont_change

---

Or is it "CD" mode??

There's a discussion of "CD Mode" on page 16 of the manual.

"If all loaded discs are DVDs, CD Mode does not work.

HighMAT menus and Video CD playback control are disabled.

You cannot turn CD Mode on or off during program or random mode.

If you want to play a DVD, press [CD MODE] again while stopped to cancel CD Mode. (CD Mode is also canceled when you switch the unit to standby, select another source, or change the disc in the play position.)

DVD and JPEG are skipped without being played."

Says ct mode on my cinema sc-pt750 and i cannot lower or increase volume

I am assuming you have got a panasonic DVD Home Theater Sound system.

Please confirm whether the display shows CD MODE or CT MODE. I am not sure if there is anything like CT mode.

It is possible the CD Mode button on the remote unit has been pressed. In this case press the CANCEL button or the CD Mode button and see if the system is operating otherwise.

In case you do not have the manual see this site.

If this helps then please accept the solution otherwise post a comment with some more information on what are you actually doing with the system when the problem occurs.
