Well I guess, one can look at the electrical name plate of the model in question. Note the voltage and amp rating. and sometimes the wattage is listed. Or multiply the voltage 120 times the amperage. The product is your wattage. regards, fmauka

How do i convert watts to amps?

Wattage is Voltage times Current (amps) so IF you know the wattage and voltage then you simply divide wattage by the voltage.

Can you use these speakers without the receiver and use a different brand receiver

If the speakers support the impedance and the wattage requirements of the receiver in question there is no doubt that you can use them but with the correct polarity and connection. Since all these are universal the other brand receiver must not have a very high wattage to damage the speaker or the receiver .

Want to know the wattage of my kenmore coldspot model# 106 41512100

To determine the wattage take the voltage and multiply it by the total amperage.
The total amperage is usually listed where the model number is listed.

WATTAGE = VOLTAGE X AMPERAGE

EXAMPLE: 120 VOLTS X 9.5 AMPS = 1140 WATTS
