Check fuses and wires for Amplifier, if fuse OK Amplifier is probably bad.

That jack is called an RCA style

Power to battery. Ground to something in trunk. Remote to blue lead on radio. Rca to line or sub out on radio.

ok if u have a radio with sub controll make sure its on an make sure that you have the gain bassboost turned up an if it has a crossover switch make that its on

For the stereo the following will work.

when you touch the wire (hot) power to the radio does the face light up? make sure the ground wire is hooked up also.. or it won't show power

you have a internal radio failure,

check the amp. fuse, if this is OK with the radio On check the turn on wire at the amplifier must have voltage if not, check if this wire has voltage at the radio if there is voltage, the wire is broken some where.

its knackered either send it in for repair or buy another amp at wholesale cost here:
