Can you tell me if the paper goes through squint?. if you turn the printer upside down and give it a gentle shake and see if anything comes out, i have removed pens, toast, and loads of other things that sometimes gets stuck inside. also have a look and see if you can find any jammed paper even if its only a tiny bit, this fixes 80% of the printers that comes into us. hope it works John

False paper jam

Try cleaning the feed rollers with some alcohol on a lint free cloth. You may have some debris on the rollers.

The paper jams up when the printer pulls it into print

Normal 0 I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it will feed throught the printer. The reason for this, in some cases I have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there over time. Worth a try. I have fixed a number of printers this way saving costly repairs. Bud

Seems you have a dusty roller in the feed mechanism. try cleaning off the roller with some windex (or equivalent) on a towel.

Paper Jams and Margin Incorrect

Check the humidity of your paper, type and weight. Nothing more than 32# will run through the tray, any heavier should go through the bypass to prevent jamming. Margin follow the internal tutorial for moving your margins. Xerox machines do skew 3 degrees left for some reason or the rollars that feed from tray 2 need to be changed.
