First you will need to dry the mainboard and remove the antenna and clean it then solder it back to the board.

I have a motorola razr v3 that loses it signal all the time

I recommend pulling the battery from it every night before going to bed. Wait appx 30 seconds, then put the battery back on. Phones can sometimes get stuck on a tower as you move around town. Doing this will refresh the signal and tower. Pull the battery while the phone is on.

I have a motorola razr v3 and i lose connection

From what I have been told from a similar experience is: When it is a phone that is exclusively made for one service provider they tend to pick up a better signal since they are programmed to just accept that signal. Motorola makes phones for many service providers so they don't program it to be exclusive to one provider. By doing this the phone doesn't pick up as good of a signal as it would if it were originally programmed to pick up just one provider. I know this is a bit confusing and kinda hard to make sense by typing it but I hope it atleast helped a little bit.

The only place that there are technicians is for you to send your phone to your provider and they will give it to their techs to fix this could be costly if you do not have insurance on your phone,I suggest you post what is wrong with your phone and get your answer here,I do have a complete razr v3 repair guide and schematics and have repaired quite a few.

Razr V3 - Outbound Calls fail

sounds like a signal problem check the bars of signal on your phn might be the antena try placeing your sim into one of the other razers and see if call goes through and let your service provider know they can send all info to phn like a new activation might be a issue where you cant connect to a tower if thats the case youll need to talk to your service providers tech department and have them check for the lrn easy way to see call your phn and see if you get dead air or fast busy signal

Motorola RAZR V3 No signal (bars)

I had the same problem with my phone- i got a cheap generic battery to replace the old one (which wasn't holding a charge for a full day, at that) and then i lost all signal, basically. I tried what scm_pa said he did - charged my old battery up, with the phone off, till the charge was complete- turned the phone on, and voila, reception!
