Ok here's my problem with my printer, first it worked fine then all of a sudden told me that there was something wrong with the colour cartridge, so to replace or to reset. didn't work, so I bought another cartridge so now it will print but only using the black side, no colour coming through I had also replaced the black cartridge. Any ideas?

Turn the printer on, Press and hold down the POWER button while holding down the power button Open and close the top cover four times and then release the POWER button
It will print a page and in that page just look for Line Number 21 which will say like - PX = XXX XXX is the number of pages this printer has printed till date
Hello, this is Harry from www.BusinessSpread.co.uk.
We had the exact same problem when printing, we used 3 different 78 colour ink cartages and they all said 100% full but did not work. We then had a look at the dates on the box and they were all expired so when buying ink from anywhere even PC world or Curry’s always look at the expiry date.
Today I went to PC world and purchased a new 78 ink which said expires July 2011 and it works perfectly fine.
1. try to re-install your printer driver 2. check all the cables or the usb ports 3. try to use other printers if you had some 4. try to re-install your windows 5. if all of those wont work its time for you to buy a new printer or change it if warranty is still available. Note: try to check your motherboard
