In my Philips GOGEAR SA6045 MP3 (headphone jack problems)

I have no idea what happened, i was on the bus and i realized that sound was only coming out of the left earphone. so i pulled it a little bit out of the jack and the sound was breaking so i leaned it to one side and sound came out both headphones. (but it ws only in the jack halfway!!) yea so i dont know what happened or what to do but now the only way i can listen to my music is to put them in the jack halfway and push it against the side.

Sounds like the phone jack is defective or the cable to the earphones is defective.

I have no sound on my phillips gogear vibe 4 gb

I can ALMOST guarantee that the earbuds, earphones, or head phones are broken. Before getting new ones, check and see if the metal piece in the headphone plug-in is wiggley or moves in any way. If so, then the whole thing is jacked.

Headset in problem at socket pin side

Try a different set of headphones - if these do not work, call Philips and redeem your warranty if it was purchased within the last year. Headphones can be replaced, but headphone jacls cannot be repaired.

Head phone jack only plays right side/brad new headphones

Call Philips, get replaced - this is a common problem across all mp3 manufacturers. You can look at the YouTube video on repairing mp3 player headphone jacks, but i doubt it will work without causing more problems with your mp3 player.

NO sound??

Make sure the volume is turned up sufficiently. If it is, then get it exchanged if still in warranty.
