Question about Creative Labs Zen Nano Plus MP3 Player

It will not cut on and stay on!!!!!!

I put new songs on there and now i turn it on and it shuts right off and its not the batteries

Same problem here - go here (http://us.creative.com/support/downloads/), download and install the latest firmware. Fixed mine, but now it won't read on a mac.

yes...unplug from pc shut mp3 off for a minute...plug it to pc (did it come on turn it on)...please get into the habit of disconnecting any usb connection with the safety disconnect...(green icon in task bar when usb is connected)...since you already deleted all files (format it now) start fresh...now you are able to put your songs on it...but to disconnect do not....do not just unplug the usb

Check the fuses, relays, anti theft and security system.

How do you unlock sansa 140? When i turn it on it stays on.Its froze. And when i plug it into the pc usb port to add more songs, it stays froze on that one song and won't shut off. I also took the battery...

Chevy stock speakers are 8 ohm. You should change out the stock speakers. Or at least dissconnect the back speakers and see if cd player still overloads and shuts off.

if it cuts off at the same song each time, delete that song and check it again. also scan your player for any virus threat.

Your alternator must be defective, that is what turns on the light. Replace the alternator.

download some new songs? might just be the screen. see if you can play songs (blind navigation).

Sansa c140 screen frozen

Try a "hard reset". Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to shut off. With the device off, press and hold the vol + and the center select button. Power it back on, see if that works. You can add to the question if you have more questions. Best of Luck.
