MS Word starts up automatically when printer is powered on

When I power up my Kodak AIO 5100, MS word automatically starts up and displays on my screen. I think I selected this program when I installed the printer as the startup progam. I would like to stop it from starting, but can't figure out how. I have reinstalled the AIO software, but it doesn't prompt for a start up program like it did on the initial installation. Any idea on how to fix this?

In order to scan, the 5100 needs to be connected to the computer and the Kodak AiO Home Center software needs to be installed. Press the Scan button on the device and press Start to begin scanning. Refer to page 41 of the manual for detailed instructions. If you don't have the manual handy, you can view the PDF here.

I needed to reload my AiO Home Center software and no one seemed to have the correct procedure. Maybe if you remove & reinstall yours it will resolve your problem. This procedure worked for me on my XP-machine:
1. got to Control Panel/Printers&Faxes and delete the printer
2. go to your Hardware/Device Manager/Universal Serial Bus Controllers, right-click on USB Composite Device and select Uninstall
3. go to Control Panel/Add/Remove Software and remove the EasyShare software
4. disconnect the cables from the Printer
5. download from Kodak.com the program "install_aio.exe"; run the program
(I selected only AiO+EasyShare+Software Updater to load)
6. followed the prompts after the sw installed to reconnect the Printer cables
7. rebooted
