Being told by you guys i have 4 problems.

Looked at your account, and through the 5 problems you have stated now;

1) McAfee technical support is not working properly
2) McAfee not found on system
Tim, I would kick McAfee to the curb. Same as I would Norton.
Both are a piece of junk.

I'm stating from my own experience, Experience of being on here, and another website (8 yrs), my personal experience, AND the internet postings.

The good stuff you hear/read is PR based, or those who really don't have a clue.
(I've even had a Norton rep who agreed once, lol!)
Use Malwarebytes, and AVG. Use the free version of Malwarebytes from CNET. Also free version of AVG.
Also suggest you use CCleaner, a free registry cleaner, and I can guide you in downloading, installing, and using.

What is in poor shape on it, or what were the actual statements to you?
