Question about Whirlpool RBS305PDS Electric Single Oven
When I start the oven it goes to 350. If I try to adjust it higher. It goes down. Even if when I am pushing the increase temp button it goes down. It works fine it just won`t go above 350.
If the Whirlpool oven bakes great at 350 degrees, then the problem your having is with the membrane circuitry = The touchpad/keypad on your oven is faulty. The buttons itself is bad.

had same problem, had computer checked out by profesisonal. Was ok. But it seems it is the control pad that clean cycle screws up. Try this (thanks to my wife and her experimental prowess). 1. turn oven on to custom broil. 2. push down temp button to 375. 3. press bake button. 4. You should now have up or down temp. We think you have to get past pre heat cycle in order for this to work. But work it does.

here is a couple of things to take a look at:
please check the keypad ribbon cable and make sure it's seated corectly into the control board
also check the button itself and see if you can see if it's depressed or warped in any way
let me know if i can be of more help.
