Posiflex 6000TP Jiva Pos terminal with Win 2000 Pro OS

We are running Volante Restaurant Software on 10 terminals and one terminal went blank. The unit was hard rebooted and also had Volante support person link into the terminal through a utility software, but could not get the unit to load the Volante Software to use in this terminal. We replaced it with a backup 6000 TP. This unit has a Celeron Processor.

Volante said that the unit needs the hardware looked at.

The two fans are moving. I'm doing a dfragment of the harddrive and I'm stuck on 70% full and has been in this state for 4 hours. I have 30,296 MB max showing on the display and 70% and I also have a set of colored lines showing what part of the hard drive is what.

Im ready to do another hard boot to get out of this state.

Do you have any ideas on what may be wrong?
I'm looking for a service depot for strange problems?
I'm looking for aome rebuilt great shape Posiflex 6000 TP units, maybe two since they are not built anymore?
