Evacuate the system,remove a/c lines from compressor,remove belt,then 3 bolts,2on the body of compressor and one on the back. thats simple.

Hi, you should never bypass the compresor because it may cause damage to the sistem including the compresor,even if the sistem is charged if it gets a little low it may prevent the cluth to engage to prevent damage ,be sure that you have the proper freon presure.also check the ac relay and the fuse.....good luck
