Here is your fuse box diagram Annie, but the blinkers are not in it, because they are controlled by the Body Control Module. (BCM).

If the front is working okay, check the bulb connections, any wire connectors you can see and the wires in that rear area that go to the body for grounding.

You probably going to need a good auto-electrician.

This error is:
Indoor / Outdoor wrong connection
Check that the wiring between the indoor and outdoor have not been crossed over, ie make sure that the same color wire connects the same terminal number on both the indoor and outdoor. After that, check that you are getting full supply voltage to the system. High resistance somewhere in the circuit may not provide sufficient power. Corroded isolator contacts or wire terminals for instance.

There is a receptor on the below the front pannel but the problem could be :
1.Low battery charge in the remote control.
2.The signal cable that connects the receptor to the card(pc board) could be loose/disconnected
3.Try one receptor from a working unit
4.Try a remote control from a working unit

I would not do anything just yet It might be more prudent to call Panasonic help line, and explain your findings I feel that the system will not have suffered any damage if the control cables have been simply wired incorrectly if that is the problem, try and find a call number from your installation paperwork, good luck.

If the inside unit (evaporator) is turned off absolutely.
The condensing unit must be turn off outside because the power
are derived comes from the evaporator.
Possible it seems on the cut out stage inside and remain the power still on
Otherwise theres somebody tamper the connection?

Fan cable consist of 3 wires
1 Common line
2 Start /stop line***Change the connection of this wire where it located, To On/ Off switch of the
evaporator inside unit
3 Ground green line/Earth

note: you can get all that wires inside the power supply in evaporator area.

If still under warranty inform the manufacturer
