You ca go to nearest service store and fix this problem

Go to

menu - messaging

select options (left soft key) - settings - text messages

select message center in use

Change the current message center and choose another one and try sending messages.

This issue is common if u change the SIM

You will need to log into the admin mailbox of teh voicemail. But there are a few different voicemail systems on that system. Do you know which you have?

Merlin Mail, Merlin Legend Mail or Merlin messaging?

Which phone system do you have?

Depending on the type of merlin system you have, you should be able to turn the ringers on by moving the switch on the left side of the phone marked T . P to the "p" position. All the lights should light and the set should ring every couple of seconds. Press the line you want to ring and enter *37, repeat for all lines you want to ring. If you want all lines to ring , press any line button and enter *347, slide the T . P switch back to the center "." position.
