Pendrive is not detecting

You need to do a low level format on the pen drive and the system drive. I have found by using programs like kill disk is the best way to get rid of a worm virus. A regurlar format will not work, unlike what they say to you. Kill disk will stop all running prorgrams on the drive. What it does it rights zero to the pen the drive. After that you need to do the same to your system drive. Otherwise you will be back to square one.

Your pendrive is infected with Autorun.inf virus
to remove this virus install malwarebytes (It is antimalware software)and scan your whole computer as well as your pendrive when you scaning finish remove all threats

IF the above method is not work

Try to format in other operating system like windows vista or in windows 7 because in vista and 7 you can force format your pendrive

Check your pendrive in other PC, if same problem is seen, then your pendrive is over. & if it is detected in other PC then, your PC needs to install new OS. This will fix error for your pendrvive

Try to insert it in every usb on your pc maybe its your usb port the problem!

try with reinstalling usb driver by your mother board cd,and install chipset INF,
check in other pc to check weather your pendrive got faulty

Sir: Transcend pen drive 2GB not getting detected Can you suggest anything?

On opening my pen drive it displays "Pl insert a disk in drive G

You must install a "Driver" for it to work under Win98, go to the manufacturers web site and download the driver and install.

My 2gb hp pen drive showing please insert drive error. Also property showing free space 0 bytes. Please send me hp recovery tool or any equivalent tool to solve the same problem
