Question about Motorola Mobility H500 Wireless Headset
THIS WORKS !!!!!!!
SWITCH YOUR PHONE BACK TO ONE OF THE RING TONES THAT CAME WITH YOUR PHONE. I HAD A DOWNLOADED RINGTONE. ONCE I SWITCHED BACK, PEOPLE CALLING ME (INCOMING) COULD HEAR ME WHEN I ANSWED MY PHONE.
I REALLY LIKED MY DOWNLOADED RINGTONE, BUT I LIKE TO RECIEIVE MY INCOMING CALLS BETTER.
I DON'T KNOW WHY THIS WORKS, BUT IT DOES WORK.

The best solution works. I thought I had but my ringer back to programmed ringtone but hadn't on my house # once I did I was able to hear incoming calls. Thank You!

Are you using downloaded music/mp3 for your ringtones? If so, that may be your problem. Try going back to your phone's programmed ringtones...it will probably work fine with them.

Try to reset the unit with the phone again.

I cant be heard on incoming calls but on out going calls everything works like it should
I can hear them, but they can't hear me, almost as if it were on mute. Any solutions for this. Worked perfect on prior call and now no one can hear me but I hear through the ear piece. The phone is not the problem. Phone works fine when bluetooth is turned off. Model bluetooth H500. Thanks for any help.
